“The first principle is that you must not fool yourself and you are the easiest person to fool.”
Richard Phillips Feynman (May 11, 1918 – February 15, 1988)
Our research focuses on fundamental scientific questions about “consciousness.”
Our primary goal is to develop our understanding of the brain as a complex system. Hence we would have a contribution to the world who help people with brain injuries, tumors and who are being suffered from disease leading to loss of consciousness.
Studies in our lab are focused on analyzing and modeling fMRI-PET data through statistical methods such as the “Ising model”.
We are also a member of The Brain and Mind Institute at Western University.
